Marisa Mulligan (born Maria Luisa Casagrande) is an artist originally from Northern Italy, currently living in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

THE ARTIST: MARISA MULLIGAN

Marisa was born to a family of artists in Northern Italy and has always had a passion for creating beautiful things. While primarily a watercolor artist, she often also paints with oil and acrylic.

She is married to a retired US military officer, has three children, and eight grandchildren. She enjoys home improvement projects, spending time at the beach, cooking family recipes, attending board walk art shows, and visiting family each year back in Italy. 

Every painting is created locally in Virginia Beach, Virginia. No reprints.
